I know I will be
Spending it alone
Just hoping that
I could spend it with someone
That I want to know
This Valentines Day
I wish I could
Just tell the truth
And you would know how I feel
But in this world
It never works this way
Does it even matter what I get for you?

Thus I hope this will be more
Than word to you
This Valentines Day
Ain’t no normal day

Every year
But this is the only year
I decided that

Is also a day of hopes
